Back home in Montreal, our loyal developers were foregoing the agency meetings, palm trees, and Bourbon street lemonades — and cooked up a gumbo of bug fixes for you all. Good thing we brought them back a pot of gumbo for real.

Changes: As the mercury meter hops around like a jack-in-the-box, we’re bringing you a weatherproofed wagon of spring cleaning improvements, like:
- Better bicycle trip plans. More options, fewer overlapping legs/zigzagging portions, and stronger biases for bike paths and lightly trafficked roads
- Added bathtub plugs and caulking to leaky strings in the UI, everything is pixel-perfect now

Changes: - Our real-time detour detector is now up and running in Vermont, Vegas, Baltimore, and Torrance, CA, with help from our swift-footed friends at Swiftly.
- As we continue to master the detour, we have somehow perfected the segue:
- Better bike directions are now live! Plan a trip, see elevation levels for different trips, and the % covered by bike paths
- We now have a less confusing way to display vehicle positions on transit lines with branches and loops, and local lines that run express.

Changes: In this update we’ve redesigned our end of ride prompt, which…
1. asks you to rate your trip on a five-star scale, and
2. shows you how many riders you’ve helped, at the end of every GO trip, and
3. tells you how long you were GOing (in time + km)
You’ll see that we’ve slapped a new coat of paint on that bad boy, and added some gratuitous gyroscope physics — test it out. Spin your phone in the air like a pepperoni pizza. What could go wrong.
